Our dental office is conveniently located in Rancho Cucamonga, California on the corner of Haven Avenue and Arrow Route.
It is just a few minutes South of the Terra Vista Town Center and just below the San Bernardino County building.
If you are coming to our office from the 210 Freeway, exit Haven and head south. Make a left on Arrow Route and turn right into the first driveway.
If you are coming to our office from the 10 Freeway, exit Haven and head north. Make a right onto Arrow Route and turn right into the first driveway.
There are two, three story blue glass buildings on the right; our office is located in the north one. When you enter the building, just follow the hallway to suite 105.
